Jean-Roule: Hi Marion! Could you tell us a little bit about your work?
Marion: My illustrations are a place where I explore distant places, often full of plants, where all kinds of stories can happen. Illustration is my way to write poetry. I love landscapes, nature and bright colours.
Jean-Roule: Oooh we love traveling into your world. Do you have a favourite subject?
Marion: My favourite themes are everyday's life, wild nature and plants. I love the hidden gems I sometimes find when I go for a walk.
Jean-Roule: We can definitely feel this. What is your current project, and what is coming next for you?
Marion: I actually work in the Children Museum as a tour guide. I'm having a lot of fun there and it gives me a great inspiration for my illustrations. I'm currently working on how to make my illustrations more expressive, and I'm testing new techniques.
Jean-Roule: Did you know I once was a child? I would have loved to go to this museum! I'm curious, do you have a special skill, or a silly hobby?
Marion: A funny thing about me is that I dance traditional Brittany dances since 20 years now.
